Patient Participation Group
The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
We have a focus group known as the PPG (Patient Participation Group) to let you have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. Some of the surveys will be about other health services in our area.
We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
If you have concerns or questions you want to raise with the Practice, you can do so via the PPG committee, who meet regularly with the practice and act as an effective two-way communication channel.
We welcome new members from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample of the Practice's patient base - especially younger people and from all ethnic groups.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields

Seeking your views
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.
PPG Committee

PPG Committee
We are a representative committee currently made up of 14 members of the PPG who meet with the practice around six times a year. We also have additional sub-committee meetings as required. These meetings form a very effective two-way communication channel: if we have concerns or ideas that we feel should be raised with the Practice this is our opportunity; similarly the Practice use these meetings to seek our views on changes they're considering making, or just to keep us informed.
Our role is to do our best to represent all patients of the Practice and we would like to hear from you on any general matters about the way the Practice operates. We cannot get involved in specific complaints or individual patient issues - these should be taken up with the Practice directly. If you would like to contact the committee directly our email address is: ppg4tadley@gmail.com
