Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter. All helping to improve the well being of those meeting together.

We meet at our very own Portable cabin workshop at St Mary's Church, Newchurch Road, RG26 4HQ, open EVERY FRIDAY and SATURDAY afternoons at 2pm.

Non-urgent advice: Combat Stress

We provide specialist clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and moral injury resulting from their experiences during military service. When some military personnel leave service, their experiences can’t easily be left behind.
