Armed Forces Veteran Friendly
Non-urgent advice: Healthcare For The Armed Forces Community
How the NHS can help if you're in the British armed forces or are a veteran, a reservist or a family member of someone who is serving or who has served.
Non-urgent advice: Help for Heroes
Too many veterans are left to fight for the support they need; mentally, physically, financially. This isn’t just their fight – it’s ours, too.
No matter where, when or for how long you served, we’re here to support you and your family. Call us on 0300 303 9888 or Submit a Form.

Non-urgent advice: Royal British Legion
The Royal British Legion is here to help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families. And we’re not going anywhere.
We support serving and ex-serving personnel all year round, every day of the week.
Non-urgent advice: Tadley Men's Shed
Men’s Sheds (or Sheds) are about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter. All helping to improve the well being of those meeting together.
We meet at our very own Portable cabin workshop at St Mary's Church, Newchurch Road, RG26 4HQ, open EVERY FRIDAY and SATURDAY afternoons at 2pm.
Non-urgent advice: Breakfast Clubs
Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Clubs (AFVBC) bring veterans and serving personnel together face-to-face. It’s a simple concept—but for many, it’s life-changing.
Non-urgent advice: Combat Stress
We provide specialist clinical treatment and support for veterans from the British Armed Forces, focusing on those with PTSD, Complex-PTSD, and moral injury resulting from their experiences during military service. When some military personnel leave service, their experiences can’t easily be left behind.
