Practice Area
The Practice covers the area from Sherbourne St John to Aldermaston and from Silchester to Wolverton. If you live in Kingsclere, Mortimer or Bramley and wish to register, please ask at reception. Morland Surgery accepts patients in the southern area of Tadley and districts.
Seeing your Doctor
You may prefer to see your own doctor but you may consult any doctor. Urgent cases will be seen by one of the doctors on the same day.
Accidents
A nurse is normally available to deal with minor injuries and accidents. In some circumstances it can be advisable to go straight to the Accident and Emergency Department. If in doubt, please telephone for advice.
Disabled Access
Both surgeries offer access - via the main entrances -and toilet facilities for disabled patients and visitors.

Please notify us immediately so that we may amend your records and have the correct address for urgent visits.
Medical Records
Please be aware that the medical records that we keep for you may be viewed by NHS staff not employed by the Tadley Medical Partnership, but who are directly involved in improving the quality of your health and medical care. Also, data from your medical records may be used for audits which are necessary to continually improve the quality of your care. Please be assured that any information relating to your medical record will be entirely anonymous if it leaves the premises of Tadley Medical Partnership. If you have any objection to any of the above or require further information, please contact the Practice Manager.

The Rights & Responsibilities of our Patients
We aim to provide the best possible healthcare for our patients but we need your help to do this. If you cannot keep or no longer need a booked appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.We have a zero tolerance policy regarding any incident that causes hurt, alarm, damage or distress to any other patient, visitor, member of staff or doctor. We will consider removing you from our list if any of the above incidents take place. Acts of violence will be reported to the Police.
